1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Exiled RSPS, including our game server, website, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. By using Exiled RSPS, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account. Each player may only have a reasonable number of accounts.

4. Prohibited Conduct

  • Bug abuse, exploiting, or using glitches for personal gain
  • Using third-party software, bots, macros, or auto-clickers
  • Real-world trading (RWT) of in-game items or accounts
  • Harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior toward other players
  • Impersonating staff members
  • Attempting to disrupt server operations (DDoS, hacking, etc.)
  • Advertising other servers or services
  • Scamming other players

5. Donations & Purchases

All donations and purchases are final and non-refundable. Donations grant in-game benefits as described at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify donation rewards at any time. Initiating a chargeback may result in permanent account termination.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion for violations of these terms or for any behavior deemed harmful to the community. Banned accounts forfeit all in-game items, progress, and donation benefits.

7. Intellectual Property

Exiled RSPS is a fan-made project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Jagex Ltd. RuneScape is a registered trademark of Jagex Ltd. All original Exiled RSPS content, including custom features, branding, and website design, is the property of the Exiled RSPS team.

8. Limitation of Liability

Exiled RSPS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, account issues, downtime, or damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Major changes will be announced on our Discord.
